凉面鸡杂就是这样讲究


 一碗简单的快手拌面

只要稍稍用心

便也可让人吃出温馨


也许很多时候

讲究与经济条件无关

只是一种生活的态度

对生活 对自己

可讲究 不可将就



知味菜谱


凉面鸡杂

食材:

鸡杂,面条(凉面做法相同),小米椒,螺丝椒,野山椒,蒜,姜

调料:白酒、白糖、胡椒粉、老抽、耗油、醋、盐、味精



做法:

1、切好小米椒,螺丝椒,蒜,姜,野山椒,鸡杂,切的鸡杂不能太厚;

2、切好的鸡杂用白酒、白糖、胡椒粉腌制10-15分钟;

3、锅里下一点油将鸡杂炒制半熟后捞起;

4、另起油,加入小米椒,螺丝椒,蒜,姜,野山椒炒熟,再加入半熟的鸡杂,加老抽、蚝油、醋、盐等调味料;

5、面条煮熟,捞起后加入鸡杂里拌开即可食用,可适当加一点开水增加稠度。
